Special Considerations

Out of respect for the historical and architectural significance of the rental venue, we ask you to please obey the following rules.

1. No smoking in the house or ANY covered portion of the structure. We’d prefer you don’t smoke at all, but if you must, please place you cigarratte butts in the trash.

2. Pets are allowed, and we really like pets, but there is a $25 fee per pet. They must stay outside at all times, inside the fenced area, and you must clean up after them. Please let us know if you’d like to bring your pet.

3. Please use the provided porta potties as much as possible. There is one bathroom downstairs accessible from outside, and two upstairs bathrooms, but this place was never designed to accommodate 120 people, so to alleviate stress on the septic system, we ask that you use the porta potties.

4. Please do not park along the road. Park in the field only. See Directions and Parking
