HELP! Looking for Audio Equipment

Due to SXSW here in Austin, we are having a difficult time getting audio equipment for the wedding. I don’t know exactly what we need, but something along the lines of some speakers/amps, a mixer, and some way of connecting it to an Ipod or laptop. If you can help, please let us know. If you don’t have equipment, but at least know how to do this, then that info would be helpful too.

If  you are interested in helping us setup beginning Saturday morning March 20, please let us know. And I’m not talking to those of you who are already helping, you know who you are. We will likely need people to help setup benches and tables, hang lights, place candles, other small decorating items, etc. Also, if you have a truck, I might need a hand hauling some items down there. The Day is Approaching!

In less than a month, we will see you for our celebration.  We are very excited and are putting the finishing touches on things.  No stressing out and no bridezilla moments (at least I dont think so but Greg and Christie may not agree).  We have kept the planning the same feel as the wedding- fun, unique, and reflecting what we truly believe is important.

Get your RSVP cards in the mail!

Alright all your sorry sucker procrastinators. Its been over two weeks since invites went out. As of today, Wednesday the 10th, you have 10 days to get them in! We need an accurate head count to finalize catering, gifts, etc. etc. etc. Please get them sent in ASAP. Thanks.

Help Wanted:

We are in search of the following items to help for the big day:

1. Utility trailer. If you live in the Austin area and have a trailer that is around 5′x10′ (or a little larger) that we could borrow, please give Greg a ring.

2. scrap lumber. If you have or know anyone else who is trying to get rid of scrap lumber, give Greg a ring. He is looking for 2×4, 2×6 in any length from 1-12′, and siding material, particularly 12″ hardi.

3. If you are in the Austin area and are a procrastinator on getting your Christmas lights put away, keep procrastinating!  We are looking for as many white Christmas twinkle lights as we can get. Thanks Gina!!
